Our workplace is at No. 2360 in the TNSCB area of Semmancherri. Centz Tricks Consultancy Associates LLP is a small group of us working in this part of the city. Semmancherri is a unique place, and being in the TNSCB blocks means there's always a lot of life around us. Our office is pretty basic. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a couple of wooden desks where we keep our laptops. It can get a little noisy outside with the kids playing and people going about their business, but it keeps us energized. We don’t have an HR department or a marketing team. We just handle things ourselves. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or figuring out paperwork. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't in a high-rise building with elevators. It’s just a ground-level spot that works for us. We've been here for a while and the locals know who we are. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just speak plainly and try to be helpful. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we visit twice a day. That’s our main break. It’s a real, honest office where we show up every day and put in the hours. Nothing more, nothing less.
