We are located at No. 4, Sh/47 on 25th Street in Korattur. This part of Chennai has a lot of small businesses and workshops, so we fit right in. Castrol India Limited is the name on our papers, but around here, people just know us as the place to get their lubricants. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional space where we keep our records and talk to our clients. 25th Street can get a bit crowded during the day, but that’s just life in Chennai. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a crate. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just try to be useful and make sure we have the right products in stock. A lot of our day is spent coordinating with dealers and making sure they have what they need for the local mechanics. It’s steady work and we enjoy the routine of it. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things a bit rusty, so we have to keep an eye on the shop.
