Our place is located in Flat 103/5 at Golden Flats. It’s right across from the DAV Girls Higher Secondary School in Mogappair. Since we are in a residential complex, it’s a bit quieter than being on the main highway, which we appreciate. We run Castrol India Limited from here, focusing on the local needs in Chennai. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big team of people in suits; it’s mostly just a few of us making sure the logistics are handled. The school nearby means the mornings are always busy with buses and parents, but after that, it settles down. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the stock levels. People in the area know us as the oil folks. We don't do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick. The office is functional. We have what we need to stay organized and serve the local garages and drivers. Sometimes the weather in Chennai gets incredibly humid, so we’re grateful for the shade here at Golden Flats. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just provide the oils and greases that keep engines running smoothly around Mogappair. If you need something, you just come up to the flat and we'll see what we can do for you. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of this community. It feels right.
