Casagrand Regale Private Limited

We’re over here at Casagrand Regale Private Limited, sitting on the fifth floor of the NPL Devi building. If you know LB Road in Thiruvanmiyur, you know how the traffic gets during rush hour, but it’s a good spot to be in. We spend most of our days looking at floor plans or talking to folks about where they want to live in Chennai. It isn’t always glamorous work, honestly. There is a lot of back-and-forth with builders and keeping track of all the small details that usually go wrong if you aren’t looking. We have been in this office for a while now and the tea shop downstairs is probably where we spend too much of our time. It’s a small group of us working here. We handle the paperwork and the site visits without making too much of a fuss. People come in, they ask about the projects, and we tell them what we know. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the filing, but that is just how it goes in the property business. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything, just some desks and some people who know the local area quite well. If you’re around Thiruvanmiyur, you might have seen our sign near the road. We just try to get the jobs done and help people find their way through the whole buying process without any unnecessary headache or extra noise.
