We started Cadence Ventures a while back right here in Chennai. Our office is tucked away at No. 62 Devadoss Street over in Nolambur. Specifically, you can find us in the T1 Aquarius Block of Zodiac Villa. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too much noise from the main road. Most days, we are just busy handling the day-to-day things that come with running a private limited company in this part of town. People often ask what we do, and it really comes down to the projects we have on our plate at any given time. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. It’s just us working out of this block. The traffic around Nolambur can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things pretty simple here. There isn't a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels like home. Sometimes the neighbors pop in, or we see the same people walking their dogs every morning.
