We are located over in Mylapore at number 10, Karpagambal Nagar. This office has been sitting here for a very long time. It is a mix of architects and engineers all working together in the same space. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once or on the phone. We handle a lot of different types of building projects. Some are just small houses and others are quite large commercial buildings. We don't really do the flashy or trendy stuff you see in the magazines. It is more about making sure the structure is solid and the plans are accurate for the builders. Mylapore is a great place to work, even though finding a parking spot can be a real headache for people visiting us. We have a lot of old files and paper drawings from many years back. There is a lot of history in these walls. The team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and younger ones who are better with the new technology. We just keep doing what we have always done. People know where to find us if they have a technical question or if they need a structural report for a project. It is a working office, nothing fancy at all. We spend a good amount of time on site visits too. It isn't just sitting at a desk all day long. We deal with the city paperwork and various local rules.
