Our office is on the first floor of number 10 Kripasankari Street in West Mambalam. Some people still use the old number, 41, to find us, which can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers. West Mambalam is one of those old-school Chennai neighborhoods where everyone knows everyone. It’s pretty residential, but we’ve been operating Bvn Instruments from here for quite a while. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the office isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need. We mostly deal with precision instruments, so we have to keep things relatively organized, even if the building itself is a bit dated. There’s a specific kind of rhythm to the work here. We start early before the heat gets too bad. We don't have a corporate headquarters in a shiny tower. It’s just us on Kripasankari Street, surrounded by houses and small shops. Sometimes we have to step out to get some parts or meet someone nearby. We aren’t interested in being the biggest name in the city; we just want to make sure the instruments we handle are treated right. Our team is small, mostly locals who don't have to travel far to get here. We share tea, talk about the weather, and keep the business ticking along. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and move things.
