You can find Burgeon Pharmaceuticals at number 19 on South Raja Street in Alandur. It’s a fairly straightforward place. We’ve been in Alandur for a good number of years now. The street can get a bit crowded with local traffic, especially in the evenings, but it’s a good spot for us. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. Our office is more of a traditional setup where we handle the day-to-day of the pharma trade. We spend a lot of time talking to distributors and checking on our stock levels. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important. We don’t have a marketing team writing big speeches for us. We just focus on the products and making sure they get to where they need to go. Usually, it’s just the sound of phones and people working on their computers. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here. It feels like a community. We take care of our own logistics and paperwork. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when new batches arrive or when there’s a lot of orders to process at once. But we just take it one step at a time. We’ve built our reputation by just being here and doing what we say we’re going to do. It’s not a complicated philosophy. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s how it’s been for years. We usually have lunch together in the small back room while talking about the weekend.
