Built Tech Designs Pvt Ltd is located over in Teynampet, specifically at New No 4 on 2nd Cross Street. If you know where SIET College is, we are right opposite that in the Seethamma Colony Extension. It is a decent enough spot, though finding parking on the street can be a bit of a headache during college hours when everyone is arriving. We have been in this office for some time now. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, and maybe a few too many squeaky floorboards. Inside, it is mostly desks and stacks of folders. We do a lot of design work here, usually with the radio playing softly in the background to keep things moving. The neighborhood is active, which is nice because there is always somewhere nearby to grab a quick snack or a coffee. We are not trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just handle the projects that come our way with a bit of common sense and a lot of patience. Most of us have been working together for years, so it feels more like a small family than a big private limited company, despite what the name on the door says. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and talking about measurements. It is quiet work for the most part. If you are around Seethamma Colony, you will find us easily enough. We usually keep the door open.
