We’ve been over here at 12, Kasturi Industrial Estate for a while now. Getting to Poniaman Nagar in the mornings isn't always easy with the traffic, but we make it work. Borgwarner Cooling Systems India Pvt. Ltd is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s an industrial spot, mostly just us and the other shops around Aynmbakam. We deal with cooling systems, which is pretty straightforward work but keeps us busy enough. The floor gets a bit warm during the summer months, but that's just how it is in this part of the country. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been around for a few years, so we know the routines. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just come in, handle the orders, and make sure the cooling parts are ready to go out. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a standard place in the estate. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a quiet life in Aynmbakam, mostly focused on the machines and the schedules we have to keep. We don’t have a big front office with fancy chairs. It’s mostly just desks and the workshop area. People stop by if they need something specific, and we do what we can to help them out before the day ends.
