You can find us at 49, Misri Complex, which is right on Narayana Mudali Street. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know how crowded and hectic it can be with all the shops and people moving through the lanes. Our space isn’t very large, but we’ve managed to pack a lot into it over the years. We’ve been part of this market for a long time, and we’ve seen the shops around us change while we stayed put. Being in Misri Complex means we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s noisy and there’s always something happening outside the door. We usually start the day early, getting the shop ready before the main rush of the afternoon hits. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with customers and suppliers. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and memory. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to get through everything, but we do our best. We know most of the other shop owners on the street by name, and we usually share a tea or some news when things slow down for a minute. BM Shah Group is just a small team of us working here in the heart of the city. We don't have a big corporate office, just this one spot where we handle all our business. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like it that way.
