BLUCREW India is located over in Jaladampet, specifically in Jeyachandran Nagar on 4th Main Road. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has really changed since we first moved in. It’s a mix of homes and small offices like ours. The office itself is number 6. We don’t have a giant neon sign or anything like that, just a regular space where we show up every morning to get to work. Most days are pretty routine, starting with checking messages and then figuring out the schedule. We deal with a lot of different things, mostly just helping out where we can with the technical side of things. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run into problems that take all day to fix, but that is just how it goes. The Chennai weather is usually hot, so we keep the windows shut and the fans going so we can concentrate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people in the Kancheepuram district can come to. There’s a good sense of community around 4th Main Road, and we like being part of that. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about local news or whatever is happening in the city. It’s a very normal office life, and we like it that way because it keeps things grounded and manageable for everyone involved. We just keep doing our thing every day.
