Our office is located at 12/2 Venkatachalam Lane. It’s a pretty narrow street, so if you’re coming by car, it can be a bit of a squeeze. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s an agency business, which basically means we act as the middleman for a few different brands. Our ground floor is mostly used for storage, and we have a small desk area tucked in the back. It’s not a shiny corporate space with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people drop in, have a cup of tea, and talk about what stock they need. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with deliveries to worry about that. We have a couple of delivery bikes that go in and out all day. The neighborhood is very traditional, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't do any flashy advertising. Our reputation comes from just showing up and delivering the goods on time. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, but we manage to keep the stock dry. It’s a simple operation run by a few dedicated people. We just focus on keeping our suppliers and our customers happy without any extra fluff or fancy talk. It’s been this way for decades, and we don’t see much reason to change things now. We just take it one order at a time and keep the bikes moving.
