We are Bharat Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd. Our office is on the second floor of Singapore Plaza, which is at 164 Linghi Chetty Street. It’s a well-known street if you spend any time in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a while. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and talking to clients. Logistics can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. You have to figure out the best way to move things while keeping the costs down. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just use common sense and the experience we’ve picked up over the years. Some days are just filled with phone calls and emails. It gets repetitive, but we don't mind. We have a good rhythm going. The office isn't very large, so we all know what everyone else is working on. It helps to keep things from falling through the cracks. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just rely on doing a solid job so people come back next time. It’s a simple philosophy. We are right here in the middle of the action on Linghi Chetty Street. If you’re in the area, you’ll see the sign for Singapore Plaza. That’s us. Just a group of people trying to keep things moving along. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go when it's busy.
