We are based at New No. 21/1, Ashok Avenue, Kodambakkam, in Chennai. Our office is a simple place. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where we handle various systems and service jobs for our clients. The office is located on a street that gets quite busy, so there's always the sound of traffic nearby. Inside, we have our desks, some testing equipment, and a lot of spare parts. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been at this address for several years now. We aren't a large company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the work well. We spend most of our time either at our desks or out visiting sites. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have the fans going all day. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. We focus more on having the right tools to do our jobs. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth. We don't do much advertising. We just show up every day, take the calls as they come, and try to get the service work done without too much fuss. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It's a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. The office might be small, but it’s enough for us.
