Our office for Ben Line Agencies India Pvt Ltd is located in the M A Chidambaram Building. We’re up on the second floor, right near the Broadway Bus Stop on the Esplanade. It’s a very old and familiar part of the city. Being near the bus stop means there are always crowds of people moving past outside. We work as a shipping agency, so our day-to-day is filled with talking to ship owners and port authorities. It’s a lot of logistics and coordination. The building has been here for a long time, and our office feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood for just as long. We don't have any of those modern, fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a standard office with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things moving smoothly, even when there are delays at the port or issues with the weather. Our team is pretty small and we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t use any big words or try to impress anyone. If someone needs help with an agency matter, they just drop by or give us a call.
