We've been here on Madevakkam Road for quite a while now. Baliga Lighting Equipments Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy high-rise office; it’s a working space in Kovilambakkam where things actually get made. The traffic outside is usually a mess, but inside we just keep busy with the fixtures and gear. Most days start early with the gates opening and the staff trickling in. It’s dusty, noisy sometimes, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving. We don't really do the whole corporate suit thing here. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for a long day on the floor. People find us near the main road, though the sign might be a bit faded by now. We handle a lot of metal and glass, and there’s always a faint smell of industrial materials in the air. It’s how it’s always been. Some of the guys have been with us for years, and they know where every bolt and screw is kept. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the crates are packed tight before the trucks show up in the evening. It’s straightforward work. No one here spends much time on fancy speeches or big presentations. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see us checking through the inventory or testing out the latest batch of equipment. Kovilambakkam has changed a lot around us, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It's just a regular local business.
