Balasundaram Clinic

Balasundaram Clinic has been sitting here at 48 Jeevarathnam Salai in Tondiarpet for a good while now. It's not a huge place with marble floors or anything like that. Just a simple clinic where people from the neighborhood come when they aren't feeling right. We see a lot of kids with runny noses and older folks who just need their blood pressure checked. The chairs in the waiting room are a bit old but they do the job. Sometimes the street noise from Tondiarpet gets pretty loud, especially when the buses go by, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We usually open up early because that's when most people like to drop in before work. It can get a little cramped when three or four families show up at once, but nobody seems to mind waiting their turn. We don't have any fancy machines, just the basics you’d expect at a local doctor’s office. My assistant handles the files and remembers almost everyone who walks through that door. It feels like a small community here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just use the windows for light. If you need to find us, we are right there on the main road at 48 Jeevarathnam Salai Tondiarpet Tondiarpet. It's a plain building, nothing special to look at. We just focus on seeing the patients and getting them what they need so they can go home. That's pretty much how we run things every day.
