Balaha Projects

You can find us over on Montek Road in Agmore. It's an older building, so the elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but we've gotten used to it. Balaha Projects is basically just a group of us working out of a few rooms filled with blueprints and old files. We spend most of our time on site, but this is where the paperwork happens. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and pens that don't always work. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a bit informal, but we get the job done. Agmore is a central spot, which makes it easier to get to the different sites we're managing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy with the actual projects to worry about that right now. We’ve been in this space for a few years now. Sometimes the traffic on Montek Road makes it hard to find parking, so we usually tell people to come early. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's just a working office where we try to keep track of everything. We focus on the building side of things and try to keep our notes organized, even if the office looks a bit messy at times. It is just a practical space for us to meet and talk.
