B. Thirunavukkarasu & Co. is located on the 1st floor of 21 Jones Street in Mannady. Mannady is one of those old parts of Chennai where the streets are tight and there is always something going on. Our office is in an older building, so it has a bit of character, for better or worse. We have been here for quite a long time. The stairs are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few years. Inside, it is mostly desks and files. We are a small team, and we have known each other for years. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of paperwork to go through, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by. It is not a quiet place. You can hear the sounds of the street below all day long—the rickshaws, the vendors, and the general buzz of the city. We do not have any fancy marketing or a big sign. Most people find us because they have heard of us through someone else. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything organized. It is a steady routine that has worked for us through the years. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of the city.
