It’s technical work, so the day usually involves a lot of drawings and checking specs. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s a group of us who know the trade. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to fix or a query to answer. The building is older, but it serves us well. We’ve been at this Ashok Nagar spot for a good stretch of time. You’ll usually find us sitting around the main table discussing a project or handling some paperwork for a shipment. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything polished like that. We just focus on the machines and making sure the parts fit right. The neighborhood is nice because you can step out and find a tea stall or a small shop easily. It feels like a community. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
