Avs Clinic

Our clinic is situated on 2nd Main Road in R.A. Puram. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads in Chennai, which we like. We’ve been here for a while, providing basic medical checkups and consultations to the people in the neighborhood. The clinic is small, just a waiting area and a couple of consultation rooms. We have a small desk for the person handling the appointments, and sometimes the magazines on the table are a few months old. It’s just a regular local clinic where you go when you have a fever or need a quick check. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the place is clean and does what it’s supposed to do for the community. We know many of the families around here since they’ve been coming to us for years and we’ve seen the kids grow up. We don't have any big slogans or fancy equipment that we talk about; we just see the patients and do our best. The staff is small, just a few of us, and we all know how the doctor likes things done. R.A. Puram is a nice area to work in, very residential and calm. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the last patient is seen in the evening. It’s a simple life and a simple practice. We’re just part of the local community here in the city.
