Auro Promoters

Our office is over in Villivakkam, specifically in Sidco Nagar at F-4-213. It is a busy part of town. Auro Promoters has been operating from here for a good while. It is a straightforward setup. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Mostly we deal with land and property stuff. People walk in with questions about plots or paperwork. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at sites, so the office feels like a nice break from the heat. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a relief. We keep a lot of maps and blueprints rolled up in the corner. Sometimes they get a bit dusty. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just know this area really well. The neighbors around Sidco Nagar are friendly. We usually grab lunch from the small place around the corner. It is simple work but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a website that is updated much. Most people just call us or drop by. The door sticks a little when it is humid outside. You have to give it a good push. We’ve helped a lot of families around here over the years. It is just how we do things. Not much fuss, just sitting down and talking through the details. We have an old clock that ticks too loud. It keeps us on schedule.
