Aadhaw

We are down here at No. 23/8 Kavarai Street in Athipet. It isn't a huge place, just a regular spot where we get things done every day. Aadhaw has been around for a bit now, and mostly it's just us keeping busy with the work that comes in. Some days it is quite loud outside on the street, but we don't mind it much. You get used to the noise of the neighborhood after a while. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. There are a couple of desks, some old chairs, and usually a lot of papers scattered around. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy, though mostly he just drinks tea and talks about the weather or the news. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with carpets and receptionists. It’s more about just showing up and making sure the jobs get finished before we head home. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the steps for a bit until it comes back on. That is just how things go in this part of town. People know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the door on Kavarai Street. It gets dusty in the summer, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the front. If you walk past the corner shop, we are right there. Not much more to say about it.
