We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running a real estate partnership. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the buildings around us change quite a bit. It’s a steady kind of life, just focusing on the next property on the list and making sure the details are right for everyone. Most people find us through word of mouth.
