Ashlar Business Solutions Llp is up on the 8th floor of JP Towers. The building is at No. 1/46 on Dr. Thirumurthy Nagar Main Road in Nungambakkam. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. Flat No 8B-2 is where we spend most of our time. Nungambakkam is a pretty central place, so there is always something happening on the main road below us. We have to wait for the elevator quite a bit since JP Towers has a few offices in it. Once we are inside, it is just us working through our tasks. The office is set up with desks and some old filing cabinets. It is not a designer space, just a functional one. We handle business solutions but our own office setup is pretty simple. We do not have any flashy lights or expensive furniture. It is mostly just us, our laptops, and a lot of coffee. On rainy days, you can see the clouds moving over the city from up here. The traffic on Dr. Thirumurthy Nagar Main Road can get really backed up in the evenings, so we usually see the headlights from the window before we head home. It is a decent place to work and it keeps us right in the middle of the city's pulse. We just take the lift down and join the crowd.
