Asahi India Glass Ltd(Contarct)

I am Vinoth Kumar K and I work with Asahi India Glass Ltd on a contract basis. My office is located at Number 65 A on College Road in the Nanganallur area of Chennai. The pin code is 600114. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s not a massive corporate building. It’s more of a personal workspace where I manage all the contracts and glass orders. The street is called College Road, so you can imagine there are a lot of students and activity around most of the time. My day is mostly about paperwork and making sure the logistics for the glass deliveries are sorted out. I have a simple desk and a chair that has seen better days. It gets quite hot in Nanganallur, so I usually have a fan pointed right at me. I don’t have a big team or a receptionist. If the phone rings, I’m the one who picks it up. Working on a contract means I have to stay organized, though my desk might not always look like it. There are stacks of invoices and delivery notes everywhere. I’ve lived in this part of Chennai for a long time, so I know the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy job with a lot of perks. It’s just honest work, making sure the glass gets to where it’s supposed to go. I just keep at it day after day.
