You can find Aruvi Consulting India Private Limited over at Olympia Teknos, No 28 in the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Guindy. We occupy levels 8 and 9. It’s a bigger building than some of the other places we’ve been, but we try to keep the same small-business feel inside our own floors. Even though it’s a modern office park, our daily life is pretty grounded and practical. We spend a lot of time in meetings or looking at screens for hours. Being in Guindy means we are surrounded by all sorts of different industries, which is quite interesting. The elevators at Olympia Teknos can be very slow during the lunch hour, so we’ve learned to plan our breaks around that. Our team is dedicated to what we do, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. There is usually some banter going on between the desks to keep things light. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just have our tasks for the day and we work through them one by one. It’s a lot of coordination and talking to different people across the estate. We like the view from the 8th floor, especially when the sun starts to go down over the city. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and keep everything running smoothly.
