Arb Exports

We’re located at No. 21 A Senthil Nagar, on the 1st Street in Kilkattalai. Arb Exports is basically just a few of us working out of this space to get things shipped out to where they need to go. Kilkattalai is a nice enough place, though it’s grown a lot recently and is much busier than it used to be. Our building is easy to find if you know the first street. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a couple of old computers that we probably should have replaced a few years ago. But they still work, so we keep using them. We handle a variety of goods, mostly checking everything by hand before it gets packed up. It’s a bit tedious sometimes, but it’s the only way to be sure everything is right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just answer the phone and talk to people. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, and we have to be extra careful with the boxes. We’ve had some long nights here when a big order needs to go out, fueled by snacks from the small shop around the corner. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We know the courier drivers well, and they know to come to the side door. We just try to be straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. No fancy talk, just getting the items from point A to point B without too much trouble.
