This location is at No. 171 on Panapakkam Street in Reddivalam village, near Arakkonam. It is a straightforward setup we have here. The warehouse is basically one large room with a high ceiling where we keep everything before it goes out. It gets pretty hot under the tin roof in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a front desk. It is just a place where things get packed and sent away. The street outside is usually quiet except for the occasional tractor or bike going by. We spend a lot of time checking the weights of the bags and making sure the plastic wrap is tight. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. We like being in the village because it is easier to find space than in the middle of town. We have a routine that works for us, and we don't really deviate from it much. Every day is about the same—unpacking, sorting, and then packing it all back up for the next truck. It is just honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just want to make sure the exports leave on time without any mistakes.
