Aqua Pmp

Aqua Pmp is located right on L B Road in Adyar, specifically at number 75. It’s a very busy stretch of road and finding a place to park your scooter can be a real headache some mornings. We have been here in this building for quite some time now. Most of the day is spent talking to people about pumps and water issues they are having at their homes or small shops. Adyar is a nice area but the humidity really gets to you in the afternoons. We usually keep the front door open to catch a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the dust from the street. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the inventory is right and that we are answering the phone when it rings. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just know a lot about pumps because we’ve been around them for years. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner brings us snacks, and we sit for ten minutes before the next person walks in. The shelves are packed with different parts and boxes, so it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We just try to be helpful and keep things running.
