Aqua Logistics

We’ve been here at the Ega Trade Centre on Poonamallee High Road for quite a bit now. If you know Kilpauk, you know how the traffic gets right outside our door, especially during the rush hours. Aqua Logistics is basically just a group of us working out of suite 809. We spend most of our days on the phone or staring at screens, trying to figure out where containers are and why they aren't where they should be. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork piling up, but we manage. Most of us have been in the logistics game for years, so we’ve seen pretty much every delay or mistake you can imagine in this industry. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation with a shiny lobby. It's just a regular office in a busy part of Chennai where we try to get things moved from point A to point B without too much of a headache. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we end up taking the stairs, which isn't great in this heat. We just keep at it, day in and day out. If someone calls, we pick up. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we try to fix it. That’s really all there is to it. We know the local routes and the port stuff well enough by now.
