Apurva Associates

You can find Apurva Associates at 155 Sydenhams Road, up on the first floor. It’s a busy stretch of road and sometimes the noise from the street really travels up into the office. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building has that lived-in feel you get with older commercial spots in this part of town. The stairs are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step when you're coming up. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of paperwork and handle various bits of business for people who walk in. It’s not the kind of place with fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done. The first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with people and vehicles. Some days it’s quite chaotic outside, but we just keep at our tasks. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know how things run around here. It’s a practical workspace. We’ve had the same neighbors in the building for years, so it feels like a small community. We just open up in the morning, do the filing, talk to the clients, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a straightforward way to spend the day.
