Apollo Gasket Company

Apollo Gasket Company is located at 12/3/3 in Saravanan Nagar, which is right in the Perungudi area. It’s a busy part of the city, and our little corner is usually humming with some kind of activity. We’ve been here for a bit, and the space has become quite familiar to everyone who works with us. It’s a simple building. There are no glass elevators or shiny lobbies here. We have our work floors and our storage, and that’s about it. The weather in Perungudi can be quite warm, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we’re working on the gaskets. Saravanan Nagar is a mix of different types of small businesses and homes, so there is a real neighborhood feel to the place. You see the same people walking by every morning, and we know the local vendors quite well. We don't put much effort into making the place look corporate. We’d rather spend that time making sure the work is done right. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just stick to our routine, handle the orders that come in, and make sure the place stays organized. The building itself has some cracks here and there, but it holds everything we need. We don't bother with fancy uniforms. Usually, we just talk across the room if we need something. Being in Saravanan Nagar means we are part of a community. We’ve made this space our own, even if it’s just a basic workshop.
