Annamalai Consultancy Private Limited is a small group of us working at No 82, Hari Krishna Naidu Street. We are located in Varadharajapuram, which is part of the Ambattur area in Chennai. It’s a residential-turning-commercial kind of street, so it feels very grounded. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. Our work is mostly consultancy, which is a fancy way of saying we give advice and help people with their business setups. Most of our day is spent looking at documents and talking to clients who need help navigating certain rules. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know our stuff. We’ve been in the 600053 area for quite some time now. The office has a few desks and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks every time you open it. We don't mind it much. We prefer spending our time on the actual work rather than fixing up the office to look perfect. People in Ambattur know us as the local guys who can help with their paperwork. We try to be as helpful as possible without overcomplicating things. If we don’t know something, we say so and then we go find the answer. It’s an honest way to run a business. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, right here on Hari Krishna Naidu Street.
