We are located at No. 47 TRR Complex on the 1st Main Road in Anna Nagar East. It's a solid building and easy enough to get to once you know the turns. We started Winstar Exim because we knew a bit about how the export-import trade works and wanted to do it our own way. The office isn't massive but it fits what we need for the daily grind. Usually, you’ll find us tucked behind our monitors checking on where shipments are or calling up people to make sure things are on schedule. There’s always some noise from the street outside but that’s just part of being in Anna Nagar. We don’t go for anything too flashy here. The focus is mostly on making sure the boxes get where they need to go without too much of a headache. Sometimes things go smooth and other times there’s a delay at the port or a mix-up with the papers. We just handle it as it comes. Most of our neighbors in the complex are doing their own thing too so it's a busy environment. We take our tea breaks together when we can spare a minute from the emails. It is just a regular office full of regular people trying to keep a business running. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn’t. It’s a job like any other but we like being our own bosses. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
