And More Properties Private Limited is located at what used to be Old No.84, but now it is New No.8. We are in Kamakshi Krupa, which is in Venkatarathinam Nagar in Adyar. The old and new number thing can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, but once you find the street in Adyar, it’s not too bad. Our office is a comfortable place where we handle property sales and management. Adyar is a nice area with a lot of character, and we like being based here. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. One minute you might be filing papers and the next you are talking to someone about a house they want to sell. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the properties and the prices in the area. The office stays pretty busy, and there is usually some tea going around in the afternoon. We have a lot of regular files on the local housing market in Venkatarathinam Nagar. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some maps of the local area. We just try to get the work done right and help out the people who come through our door. It keeps us occupied from morning until we close up for the night. We've been here a while.
