Anbu Clinic

The clinic is right on Lattice Bridge Road in Adyar. It’s number 7. If you know the area, you know how busy this road gets with all the shops and people heading towards the junction. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Most days start with us clearing the dust off the front and getting the lights on. It’s a small space, nothing too big or flashy, but it serves the purpose for everyone living around Adyar. We see a lot of people who are just passing by on their way to work or coming back home in the evening. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a few years. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here. A lot of our visitors are neighbors who have lived in these streets for decades. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we work. It feels like a part of the community, honestly. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped when three or four people arrive at once, but nobody seems to mind too much. We just take them one by one. It’s a steady pace from morning until we close up at night. Just a regular clinic doing its thing on a busy Adyar street.
