Anamorphy Architects

Anamorphy Architects is based in K K Nagar at H R 15/29, on 71st Street. We are lucky to be near both the Iyyapan Temple and the Amman Temple, which makes it very easy to explain where we are to people. The area has a nice feel to it, and we’ve been here in Chennai - 600078 for a while now. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we draw up our plans and meet. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big corporate meetings or fancy presentations here. We just sit down, look at the sketches, and try to figure out the best way to build things. It gets a bit crowded in the office when we have all our rolls of paper out, but we manage just fine. K K Nagar is a good community and we feel like a part of it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a project. We don't have a polished way of speaking or a marketing team. We are just architects who like what we do. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get stressful, but being in this neighborhood helps keep us grounded. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way to run a studio.
