Ampel

Our place is at 10/29, M.V. Badran Street inside the Anaikar Complex in Periamet. It is right in the heart of the leather district here. The building is older and the hallways are a bit narrow. We have a small office where we handle everything. There is always a lot of movement in the complex with people carrying bags and rolls of material. We mostly deal with the logistics of things. The desk is always covered in papers and there is a faint smell of tanned hides in the air. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s easy to get lost in Periamet if you aren’t used to it. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors when things are slow. It’s a tight-knit community of businesses here. We’ve been in this same spot for years. The windows don’t offer much of a view, just the alleyway, but we are too busy to look out anyway. We don't use any fancy software for our work. A lot of it is still done with pen and paper in big ledgers. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We try to get through the work without too much fuss. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the deliveries coming in and out of such a crowded area, but we manage just fine.
