Ampa Exim Private Limited

We are right in the middle of T Nagar at Number 48, Raman Street. If you know Chennai, you know how hectic T Nagar can get, and Raman Street is no different. Our office for Ampa Exim is right in the thick of it. We spend our hours dealing with export and import details, which usually involves a lot of shouting over the traffic noise outside. It’s a small place, not much room to move around, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. We don’t use any big words or corporate talk here. We just focus on whether the goods are on the truck or still at the warehouse. The 600017 area is great because everything is close by, but it means we never really have a quiet moment. We usually have tea brought in from the stall down the road while we look over our spreadsheets. There are always piles of paper that need stamps and folders that need filing. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to make sure the containers get to the port. It’s a lot of coordination with people we’ve known for years. Sometimes the rainy season slows us down, but we just keep pushing through the paperwork until it’s finished for the day. It is hard work but we have been doing it this way for quite some time.
