You can find us over at No. 695 on Poona Mallae High Road in Aminjikarai. It's a loud area with plenty of traffic passing by all day. We've been running Pan Horus Garments Pvt. Ltd. from this location, mostly focusing on the clothes we make and get ready for shops. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread and fabric scraps because that's just how it is when you’re working with garments. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. Some days are faster than others, especially when a big order needs to go out by Tuesday. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you’ll just see someone at a sewing machine or folding stacks of shirts. The air smells like fresh cotton and sometimes steam from the irons. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know the local chai stall and the guys who deliver our supplies. We don't do much advertising; people just know we're here on the high road. It’s a lot of manual labor and making sure the stitching is okay. We take our breaks when we can and get back to the stacks. It’s a noisy, busy place but we like the pace of it. The tea break at 4 PM is probably the highlight of the day.
