Crescent Traders

You can find Crescent Traders over at No. 9/12 in VOC Colony, right on 1st Street in Aminijikarai. It is a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it has got a bit of a homey feel to it. We deal in various trade goods, mostly things that other small businesses around here might need. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop in. We have got shelves lined with all sorts of samples and catalogs. It is usually a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. The lighting is not the best, but we know where everything is kept. Aminijikarai is a busy place, and the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare, but our little street is slightly quieter. We do not spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. I usually spend my morning going through the ledgers and seeing what needs to be reordered. Sometimes the neighbor's cat wanders in and sits on the counter, and we just let it be. We are not a big chain store with uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and get the orders ready for pick-up. It is a straightforward business where we try to be helpful and get the numbers right. If someone needs something specific, we do our best to find it for them.
