We are located at 117 Nyniappa Naicken Street. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know how it feels. It is one of those busy parts of the city that always has something going on. Amarchand Sobachand (Madras) has been a part of this landscape for quite some time. The building is old and has a lot of character, much like the rest of the neighborhood. We don’t spend money on big neon lights or expensive renovations. The space works for us and that is what matters. Inside, you’ll find desks covered in papers and shelves that have seen better days. It is a real working environment. We don't try to impress anyone with a polished look. Our focus is just on the daily tasks at hand. People call us or stop by because they know where to find us. Being in Madras, or Chennai as it is now, gives us a sense of history. Nyniappa Naicken Street is narrow and can be quite a challenge to navigate during peak hours, but we like the energy of it. There is a specific rhythm to the day here. We start when the shops around us start and we close up when the street begins to quiet down. It’s a simple life. We don't have a big marketing department. We just have our name on the door and our address on the mail. That is enough for us.
