Altaf & Associates

We operate as Altaf & Associates out of Thiruvanmiyur. Our office is at No 12 on the 2nd floor, right on 24th East Street in Kamaraj Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood office, nothing too grand. We’ve been working together here for a while, focusing on various building projects. We aren't a corporate firm. We’re just a small group of people who know our way around architectural drawings. The walk up to the second floor keeps us active. Most of our work is based around the local area, helping people with their homes or small commercial spaces. We spend a lot of time discussing floor plans and looking at how to fit everything in. Thiruvanmiyur has its own charm, and we like being based in Kamaraj Nagar. Our office is usually filled with the smell of coffee and the sound of drafting. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished sales pitch. We just show the work we’ve done and talk through the options with anyone who comes in. Sometimes we’re out at sites all day, making sure the contractors are following the blueprints. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that’s the nature of construction. We just try to be practical and honest about how long things will take and what they will cost. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps us busy enough. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about doing the job right for our clients.
