Alpha Medical Systems

We are located at 19/10 on Indira Gandhi Street in Kannappa Nagar. That’s over in the Arumbakkam area. It is a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads, which we like. Our building isn't very tall, just a few floors. We occupy a space where we manage various medical systems. Usually, the office is a mix of paperwork and some smaller pieces of equipment. We spend a lot of time talking to doctors and clinic owners who need help with their setups. It's a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I'm answering the phone, and other times I'm helping load a truck. The neighborhood of Arumbakkam is nice because everything is close by. We have been here long enough that the tea stall guy knows our orders by heart. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just figure things out as they come. The office can get a bit cluttered with manuals and spare parts, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a workshop than a business office most days. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem. It is just a local business trying to keep things running smoothly for our clients. We appreciate the people who stop by to see us. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy being part of the healthcare community in this part of town.
