ALM Durabuild

If you walk down Thiruvalluvar Street in Metha Nagar, you will eventually find us at 11/6. ALM Durabuild is just a small outfit working out of this neighborhood. It is a residential area mostly, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have our small space here where we manage the building projects and handle all the logistics. Sometimes the street gets narrow when people park their scooters on both sides, which makes it a bit of a squeeze for any delivery trucks coming through. We have lived and worked around this part of the city for a long time, so we know the local shops and the people who walk their dogs past our door every morning. The office inside is a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials we use for the durabuild work. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. Usually, you will just find one or two of us at the desks while the rest are out at various sites checking on things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down supplies from our partners. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside during our break just to catch a bit of a breeze. It is just a normal daily routine for us in Metha Nagar, and we focus on getting the work finished.
