We run Aishwaryavalue Creators Llp from the first floor of No. 22 on Sivasailam Street. This is right in Thiagaraya Nagar, or T. Nagar as most people call it. If you know Chennai, you know how crowded and lively T. Nagar can be. Sivasailam Street is close to all that action, but once you get up to the first floor, it is a little bit more manageable. We have a small team here. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking through projects. It is not the kind of place with a glass front or a receptionist. We usually just answer the door ourselves. The neighborhood is full of shops and people looking for deals, so there is always a lot of energy outside. Sometimes the street noise comes in through the windows, but it is just part of being in this part of town. We have got our routine down, starting early before the heat and the crowds really peak. Being in T. Nagar means we can grab food or whatever we need just by walking around the corner. It is a very practical place for a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily work we have to finish. It is a honest day’s work in a very busy and noisy neighborhood that never seems to stop.
