Aiqm Business Solutions Private Limited is located on the 3rd floor of the Mamanjee Centre, specifically at S-7A. We are right in the middle of the Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate in Guindy, Chennai. It’s a busy area with lots of other businesses around us. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to take the stairs or the lift every day, which keeps us moving. The industrial estate is always humming with activity, so there is never a dull moment. Our office is just a regular workspace with the usual stuff you’d expect. We spend a lot of time at our desks. Chennai heat can be tough, but we have some fans and a bit of a breeze if the windows are open. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just a place where we can focus on our business tasks. Most of us have been in Guindy for years, so we know where to get the best tea nearby. We handle various solutions for other businesses, but we keep our own operations pretty simple. It's a lot of coordination and making sure things are in the right place.
