Affluent Sinwa (India) Private Limited is located right in the middle of things on Luz Church Road. We occupy units 23 and 24 in the TNHB Complex 4. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the energy of the street outside. Our office isn't some high-tech lab; it’s a functional space where we handle our business operations. We spend a lot of our time dealing with logistics and the various requirements of our trade. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of files piled up, but we manage. People know the complex well, so it’s easy to find us if you’re looking. We’ve been here for some time now, and we know the other shop owners around the block. It’s a decent place to work from. We try to keep things simple and avoid making a big fuss about what we do. Every day usually starts with checking the mail and seeing what needs our immediate attention. We don’t use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide what’s needed and keep moving. The building is older, but it has character. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just how things are here in the 600004 area. We stick to our routine and make sure the work is finished before we head home. No one here is trying to be fancy.
